ACADEMIC AWARDS AND GRANTS
V.V. Revin was awarded the title of Honored Scientist of the Republic of Mordovia, Honored Scientist of Russia, Honored Scientist and Education of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
He has the badge "Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation", "Excellent Student of the Higher School of Russia". He has repeatedly become a laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Mordovia in the field of science and technology and the Prize of the Head of the Republic of Mordovia. He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Government of the Republic of Mordovia. Revin V.V. is an advisor to the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences. In 2018, Revin V.V. was awarded the honorary title of "Professor of the Year of Russia" by the All-Russian public organization "Russian Professorial Assembly". In 2023, Revin V.V. was awarded the honorary title of "Dean of the Year" by the All-Russian Public Assembly.
The developments of Revin V.V. have repeatedly been awarded diplomas and medals at exhibitions of various levels. He was awarded the gold medal of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction for the development of biotechnology for wood-chip materials (1998), medals at the First International Salon of Innovations and Investments (Moscow), at the exhibitions "World of Biotechnology 2010, 2012, 2013" (Moscow), etc.
Important areas of research are supported by grants from the Russian Science Foundation, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
It is especially necessary to highlight the developments of V.V. Revin, carried out by order of food enterprises - there are more than 20 of them.
All of V.V. Revin's developments have security documents - more than 80 patents, know-how, certificates of deposition of strains, technical conditions, etc. have been received. Unique strains - producers of polysaccharides - were isolated and deposited for the first time. Grant of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, no. 34-19, “Development of new-generation functional materials based on hydrogels, aerogels, and film forms of bacterial cellulose with antibacterial, regenerative, and hemostatic properties.”
Fundamental research, no. 16-20, “Search for and isolation of polysaccharide producers from natural sources and their genome-wide analysis in order to increase productivity and create new-generation functional materials with a wide range of applications, with ultra-low thermal conductivity, density, antibacterial, and regenerative properties.”
